The Challenge
The management of Zenith Tower struggled with inefficient climate control, leading to high energy bills and tenant complaints. They needed a centralized system to monitor and control their complex HVAC infrastructure.
Our Solution
RedShift installed a state-of-the-art Building Management System (BMS). We integrated all chillers, AHUs, and VAV boxes into a single network. The system utilizes predictive algorithms to adjust cooling based on occupancy and ambient temperature.
The Outcome
Tenant comfort improved dramatically, and the building achieved a 25% reduction in HVAC-related energy consumption. The facilities team now proactively manages maintenance through the BMS alerts and analytics dashboard.
