The Challenge
Expanding their production capacity, Premier Steel Mills required a highly reliable and robust electrical infrastructure capable of handling heavy industrial loads without voltage drops or power interruptions.
Our Solution
Our team executed the complete design, supply, and installation of a 33/11KV substation. We also manufactured and commissioned custom Low Tension (LT) switchgear, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) plants, and motor control centers (MCC), ensuring all equipment met stringent industrial safety standards.
The Outcome
The new electrical infrastructure provides stable and reliable power to the heavy machinery, eliminating production losses due to power fluctuations. The implementation of the PFI plant also improved the power factor, saving the client from utility penalties.
